Christmas Competition 2018 Terms & Conditions
The promoter is: Glebe Games Limited T/A Escape Killarney, whose registered office is at Holly Lodge, Mill Road Killarney, Co Kerry, Ireland.
The competition is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over except anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
In order to enter, a Christmas Party of 7-12 persons must be booked with Escape Killarney, 26 Bohereencael Glebe, Killarney, Co Kerry and no other Agent.
Christmas party bookings are taken by email hello@escapekillarney.ie or by phone 085 850 9 085. >45% Deposit must be paid in order for entry to be confirmed.
Entries of Groups Larger than 12 people will be accepted, however they will be subject to a maximum refund of €250.
A Christmas Party is a booking of 7-12 persons for Escape Killarney, 26 Bohereencael Glebe, Killarney, Co Kerry & Drink+Finger Food Package (1 Drink Per Person) at The Shire, Michael Collins Place, Killarney, Co Kerry between November 21st 2018 & January 3rd 2019.
For the purposes of this competition, A Drink is defined as : a single spirit measure & mixer OR 1x Pint of Beer/Stout/Lager/Cider OR 1x Bottled Beer/Cider/ OR 1x Non-Alcoholic Mineral/Juice OR 1x Cocktail from ‘The Shire’ Cocktail Menu.
Bookings must be made directly with Escape Killarney, 26 Bohereencael Glebe, Killarney, Co Kerry. Bookings made with any other agent will be invalid.
The Prize: A full refund of the Christmas Party booking cost of the Winner entrant. A maximum refund per winner applies. The maximum refund is €250 per winner.
A Draw will take place on January 7th 2019 at 8pm and the winner will be announced live on Facebook (www.facebook.com/escapekillarney) for transparency.
The competition prize has no resale value.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Closing date for entry will be Sunday November 25th at 9pm. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

The prize is as stated above and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
Winners will be chosen: via a live prize draw which will take place on January 7th 2019 at 8pm and the winner will be announced live on Facebook (www.facebook.com/escapekillarney) for transparency.
The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Twitter/Facebook and/or letter within 7 days of the prize draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Irish law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Irish data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Glebe Games Limited T/A Escape Killarney will administer the comopetition, which will be picked at random from all complete entries via Prize Draw.
Glebe Games Limited T/A Escape Killarney’s decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
Glebe Games Limited T/A Escape Killarney shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
Glebe Games Limited T/A Escape Killarney also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
