What About my Belongings?
Our Games last for 1 hour in total. We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your scheduled start time for a briefing before the games begin!
We provide lockers to keep your personal belongings safe while you enjoy the games. Mobile Phones must not be brought into the rooms and can be left in the lockers.
Do I need to Print out my Booking Confirmation?
Is the game wheel chair accessible?
I'm ClaustrophobiC Hard of Hearing/visually-impaired?
Nope! You can show us your booking confirmation on your smart device - have some ID too so we can verify that you are who you say you are.
Unfortunately, our games are located on the first floor of a building and are accessible by staircase only. We do hope in future to have a wheelchair accessible room, so stay tuned!
Our games are heavily reliant on visual & audio cues and may be very challenging for anyone with the aforementioned conditions.
Also, some parts of our game may affect those suffering from claustrophia.
Are the Games Suitable for Children?
What happens if I'm Delayed?
The games are designed to be enjoyed by children of ages 16 and over. The games are not recommended for children younger than 13, even with supervision of an adult.
As we're running a pretty tight schedule, please do your best to not be late. We recommend arriving approximately 10 minutes before your scheduled booking time.
